Al-Azhar Al-Sharif strongly condemns the two terrorist attacks by two booby trapped cars that took place in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, which resulted in dozens of victims and injuries.
Al-Azhar confirmed that such crimes do not correspond to Islam in any way and incompatible with all religious laws and teachings, calling the international community to support the Somali government in dealing with these attacks and those who behind them.
Extends its deepest condolences to the Government, the people of Somalia and the families of the victims asking God to grant them solace and speedy recovery.
