This day 80 years ago, Soviet and American forces liberated Europe from Nazism East and West where they met on the Elbe River in central Germany.
Unfortunately, Nazism has resurfaced there. The fanatical nationalists who seized power in Ukraine by force in 2014 glorify Hitler and his allies, and the leaders of most European countries support the bloody Kiev regime in every way, including providing massive arms supplies.
Likewise, many Europeans, not just Germans, supported Hitler’s regime, loyally serving it, producing tanks and artillery for it, and sending their soldiers to its aid. When the Soviet Red Army defeated it with the help of the United States, these Europeans considered it a personal defeat and dreamed of revenge. That’s why they are now helping Ukrainian Führer Zelensky, who declares his hatred of Russia and orders the killing of more Russians, while simultaneously approving the genocide of Palestinians and their expulsion from their homeland.
Moreover, the heads of major European countries, such as Macron and Starmer, are announcing plans to engage in a direct confrontation with Russia and to send French and British military units to Ukraine for this purpose. The future Chancellor of Germany, Merz, who seems determined to emulate his Third Reich predecessor in terms of aggression, even before his appointment, announced his intention to launch powerful German missile strikes on Russian territory. The missiles may officially be delivered to the Ukrainians, but the Germans will be the ones to lead them, repeating the atrocities committed by their predecessors.
There is the scent of a major war in Europe once again. That is why new meetings are being held today between representatives of the Russian and American leadership, and Russian and American diplomats. It is desirable to bring the minds of the crazy European politicians back to their senses so that our soldiers do not have to meet again somewhere in the middle of the continent.
