Patronized by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the International Cybersecurity Forum will hold its fifth edition in Riyadh October 25

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – the fifth edition of the International Cybersecurity Forum 2025 will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, October 1 and 2, in Riyadh. The forum will be organized by the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).l

The International Cybersecurity Forum will feature a select group of decision-makers, senior government officials, and international experts on topics related to cyberspace through a series of strategic dialogues and high-level international meetings that address cyberspace issues in a comprehensive manner, focusing on five main themes: overcoming global disparities, towards a new concept of the cyber economy, social inclusion in cyberspace, understanding cyber behaviors, and the theme of qualitative opportunities in cyberspace horizons.

Through its five themes, the forum seeks to stimulate international dialogue toward building a secure and reliable cyberspace that contributes to supporting economic growth, societal prosperity, individual security, and state stability. In this context, it focuses on shared priorities, most notably: enhancing global integration in light of rapid transformations, empowering the cyber economy to achieve comprehensive prosperity, and maximizing joint action to create a cyberspace that enhances the potential of individuals and societies. It also adopts pioneering approaches to enhancing cybersecurity by understanding human behavior and employing it to design proactive solutions, in addition to harnessing technological advancements to address emerging challenges and create unique opportunities in cyberspace.

Since its launch in 2020, the International Cybersecurity Forum has continued to consolidate its position as a global platform bringing together decision-makers, government and corporate representatives, cybersecurity leaders, academia, and NGOs. It operates in line with the strategic objectives of the International Cybersecurity Forum Foundation, building on the Kingdom’s global leadership in this field, and contributing to opening up horizons for international cooperation, knowledge transfer, and human capacity development.
