Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and Chinese President Xi Jinping, attended a welcome ceremony here on Monday, hosted by Tu Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (GSCCCP).
According to Xinhua, Xi had arrived in Hanoi earlier today for a state visit to Vietnam.
