The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s condemnation of the Israeli occupation authorities’ announcement of the establishment of an agency targeting the displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip and the approval of the separation of (13) illegal settlement neighborhoods in the West Bank, paving the way for their legalization as colonial settlements. The Ministry reiterated its categorical rejection of Israel’s ongoing violations of international law and international humanitarian law.
The Kingdom emphasized that a lasting and just peace cannot be achieved without the Palestinian people obtaining their legitimate rights in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
