The Royal Commission of Makkah City and the Holy Sites is part of the Saudi pavilion pop participated at the 12th World Urban Forum (WUF) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, with the aim of highlighting efforts to develop the urban sector in the Holy Capital, as the Royal Commission works to transform Makkah into a comprehensive and sustainable urban community by developing sustainable transportation networks, improving infrastructure, and raising the quality of services.
It is noteworthy that the 12th session of the World Urban Forum, organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), kicked off yesterday in Cairo with the participation of delegates from more than 182 countries.
