I was honored by a kind invitation from Ambassador Lieutenant General Imad Al-Dine Adawy to attend an important meeting of his at the Egyptian Journalists Syndicate in Cairo..
The importance of the meeting in my humble estimations is not only the issues raised by Ambassador Adawy or the answers to the journalists, but there are other messages including the specificity of choosing the place.
The idea that the Sudanese embassy, with its specialized management in the host country, organizes or agrees to its activities within official or union institutions is a very brave idea, especially since we are talking here about a press meeting that took place in the home of Egyptian journalists at a time when the relationship between the two countries, Egypt and Sudan, is going through (numerous bumps) created by parties that do not have an interest in the cooperation of the two countries in any file and are always keen to disturb this relationship. Of course, it is also known what the Egyptian media is and its skills in extracting information and how they maintain the thread that connects professionalism and constants. Therefore, Ambassador Adwy’s acceptance of the meeting place is the highest degree of professionalism and courage on his part, and it is also the highest degree of security and reassurance for the media presence from the Egyptian side.
Despite their fabricated political orientations, Ambassador Adwy was aware of these constants for the Egyptian media, so he said during the meeting (the security of Egypt and Sudan is one). Despite the Egyptian media’s understanding and knowledge of this word, Ambassador Adwy worked to confirm it, as sometimes the matter requires the use of (military diplomacy). Choosing the conference slogan (Egypt and Sudan, one destiny and common national security) in addition to the organization of the conference by colleague Islam Abu Al-Majd and the management of the platform by the professor and brilliant name Hussein Al-Zanati with professionalism and responsibility and our ambassador by his side in complete harmony through the distribution of opportunities, questions and answers to them, we were not afraid of the presence of other Egyptian media figures who could accidentally or intentionally raise questions that would embarrass our ambassador with his government or with their government and we, the oppressed refugee people, would pay the price for it, as there were no infiltrators among them, and an example is our colleagues Asmaa and Sabah, who guard the Sudanese issue on satellite channels and media platforms and work to correct any incorrect information and statements that unfortunately some Sudanese media professionals make, in addition to always proposing solutions to find safe (and dignified) opportunities to get out of the war crisis.
In a side conversation with Ms. Asmaa and Ms. Sabah, they confirmed that their visit to the various states of Sudan will start from Khartoum, and this is to confirm the approaching victory of the army, and not the victory of the Rapid Support Militia of course, which has been repeating the name of Egypt in its videos more than it has repeated (the Keizan Felooool) during the past few days. The screams of the militia and their leader indicate that Egypt has dealt them painful blows, not through warplanes, as the traitor Hemeti claims, but through the great roles played by Egypt towards the Sudanese people and towards the issue whose files Egypt is still guarding, the most important of which is the file of guarding the borders and guarding international platforms.
Egypt’s voice in favor of and supporting the Sudanese issue was present, loud and courageous, confirming Sudan’s sovereignty. Unfortunately, what Egypt has done is roles that many countries have not done, and we expected them to go down (to the ring), but they preferred to enjoy watching the match! Egypt also did not enter the arena with us because it is committed to the laws, but it is now guarding the stands well from those who are accustomed to rioting in the stadiums and monitoring the international referee who is looking for mistakes by our players to win the other team one of the penalty kicks in our net, but no way, no way, we, the people and the army, are the luckiest team and the ones with the highest points. What the militia is doing now in Al-Jazeera is similar to the end of matches in which the losing team and its fans deliberately destroy the stadium and those in it and assault the referee who did not find a chance to decide the victory in their favor.
For sports analysts, this type of observation decides the results with victory. Although the football classifications have excluded the name of Sudan, we are now militarily qualifying from the African Cup for the 2026 World Cup held in America, and perhaps the game at that time will be with equipment and tools other than that round witch!
