KSA condemns Israeli Occupation Forces’ targeting a School Housing Displaced Palestinians in Gaza

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the Israeli occupation forces’ targeting of a school housing displaced Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, which claimed the lives of a number of people, including employees of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
The Kingdom stressed the need for an immediate ceasefire, providing protection for defenseless civilians, and putting an end to the unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe witnessed in the Gaza Strip as a result of Israeli violations of international laws and norms.
The Kingdom reiterated its complete rejection of targeting relief facilities, organizations, and their workers, stressing the responsibility of the international community to activate international accountability mechanisms and put an end to these ongoing Israeli violations of international law and international humanitarian law.
