A contingent from the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association (PBSA), led by its Chief Commissioner Sarfraz Qamar Daha, called on Ambassador Sajid Bilal at Cairo today. The contingent is currently participating in the 43rd World Scouts Conference, taking place in Cairo from August 17-23, 2024.
The World Scout Conference, organized by the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), serves as a crucial platform for discussing and implementing various constitutional amendments, resolutions, and the election of the World Scout Committee.
The contingent discussed ongoing World Scout Conference and other scouting activities, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation and the role of scouting in fostering global understanding during meeting with the Ambassador.
Ambassador Sajid Bilal appreciated the participation of PBSA in the conference. The Ambassador noted that participation of the PBSA in this conference underscores Pakistan’s commitment to the global scouting movement and highlights the country’s active role in shaping the future of scouting worldwide.
