Nowadays, a state of humane atmosphere in the Ministry of Endowments and its affiliated directorates, and a kind of euphoria, comfort and job stability since the arrival of Dr. Osama Al-Azhari (the bearer of musk and goodness for the people), especially with the phenomenon of loyalty, appreciation and honoring of others after a journey of professional giving during which they lived moments of tension and anxiety over years and years, job terrorism was the master and job relations were silent, even absent, and the “work coma” was proceeding within the “incubators of instructions” and warnings and suspension from work and deduction from the salary, without investigations or listening to the other opinion. Thus, people realized a time in the Ministry of Endowments when ululations of hope and joy are launched, and workers are honored upon reaching retirement age. The words and whispers of the great scholar Dr. Osama Al-Azhari to Sheikh Sabri Yassin were a true testimony to his good career conduct in the positions he worked in, the last of which was the head of the political communication and parliament sectors. He was an extraordinary ambassador in the Ministry of Endowments with representatives, journalists and the public, in good reception, completion of procedures, good manners and clean hands. Dr. Osama Al-Azhari’s words to Sheikh Sabri Yassin in front of his family, relatives and employees were a medal on his chest decorated with the Holy Quran. How simple are the words when they come from the heart, and how difficult are the words when they contain hypocrisy. The celebration also came to honor one of the soldiers in the Ministry of Endowments in the most dangerous place in it, the engineer Magdy Abu Eid, who was the head of the engineering department, which is a place fraught with dangers, but he expressed it with his sincerity in his work and clean hands. Thus, the relationship within ministries between ministers and officials should be filled with love and covered with mutual respect and appreciation. Things are managed with love and respect, not with violence and terrorism within the work environment.
A tribute to Sheikh Sabry Yassin, who will remain a shining example in the Ministry of Endowments, along with Engineer Magdy Abu Eid from the battalion of Endowments men who set out to love work and be sincere in it with the “Musk Bearer” Dr. Osama Al-Azhari.
We do not say goodbye, but we say meet again to these men who were sincere in their work, because they will have a place in the next stage as experts and consultants in the most dangerous service and humanitarian ministry that cares about the houses of God and the construction of the mosques of the Most Merciful.
