The Egyptian Prime Minister receives the Kingdom’s ambassador
His Excellency the Prime Minister of Egypt, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, received today, at the headquarters of the Egyptian government, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Saleh bin Eid Al-Hussaini.
The Egyptian Prime Minister welcomed the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, wishing him success in his work duties, noting the depth of the historical relations that bind the two brotherly countries, and Egypt’s aspiration to continue strengthening the existing strategic cooperation between them in various fields.
His country affirmed its constant keenness to support Saudi investments in Egypt, and to follow up on what was agreed upon during the last period, including following up on the electrical interconnection project with the Kingdom, and cooperating in implementing many projects in the field of new and renewable energy.
For his part, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his appreciation for the sincere feelings he felt in sister Egypt, indicating that this embodies the depth and strength of the close and fraternal relations linking the two countries at the official and popular levels.
Al-Hussaini stressed that he looks forward to working to continue strengthening bilateral relations between the Kingdom and Egypt at various levels and reaching broader horizons, in implementation of the directives of the leadership of the two countries.
