The General Authority of Civil Aviation, represented by the Contact Center in the Quality and Traveler Experience Sector, won two gold awards for best customer service and the best government contact center in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, during its participation in the annual Contact Center World conference, which was held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

This achievement reflects the Authority’s efforts to provide the highest levels of quality and service, and search for everything that adds to the passengers’ experience, and is an embodiment of the Authority’s keenness to improve the quality of services provided to travelers as one of its priorities and provide the best services in accordance with the highest international standards to raise the level of services within the framework of the objectives of the National Aviation Strategy.

It is noteworthy that in November 2030, the General Authority of Civil Aviation launched a new regulation to protect the rights of travelers, to replace the executive regulations to protect the rights of customers, with the aim of contributing to improving the traveler’s experience, by providing the necessary care and support tools, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the national strategy for the aviation sector, which aims to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
