The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia occupies a prominent position among the top 5 countries in the world in the number of seats participating in the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISSF 2024), which is held in Los Angeles, United States of America, with 35 seats, and the Kingdom stands out as the highest Arab country in this achievement. .
For his part, the Director of the Research Programs and Innovation Development Department at the Mawhiba Foundation, Eng. Anas Al-Hunaihan, said: “The Saudi national team obtained these seats in return for the support and patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect him – after an investigation.” The team has historic results in the previous two editions, 2022 and 2023, in addition to the great interaction by parents in this year’s edition of the 2024 National Olympiad, and the impact created by the historical results of the previous team members, which motivated the next and promising generation of future scholars to participate in such competitions and benefit from their outcomes in the future.
