Of this amount, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development provides 22 million euros: 15 million euros💶 to support basic health and education services for #Palestine refugees in Jordan🇯🇴 and Lebanon🇱🇧, and 7 million euros💶 for the “Cash for Work” program for Palestinian refugees🇵🇸 in Lebanon. Germany’s Foreign Ministry is offering €23 million to help Palestinian refugees in Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, as well as food aid in the West Bank.
The donations announced now are part of our regular regional support for UNRAW. The federal government has clarified that the future of our support for UNRAW in Gaza will be determined in the light of progress made in ongoing reviews and investigations.
