Among the most important results achieved as a result of the Houthi naval forces’ detention of a large Israeli commercial ship in Yemen yesterday, Sunday, November 19, 2023, are the following:
1- Creating a balance of deterrence against Israel, America, Britain, and EU
2- The negative impact on the psychological state, which is already bad, since the October 7th operation by (Hamas and Al-Qassam) against settlers who stole the lands of the people of Gaza years ago. The ethnic cleansing and human genocide against the people of Gaza to forcibly displace them from Gaza has failed.
3- Al-Houthi has a large naval force and can disrupt enemy navigation whenever possible.
4- Al-Houthi may have received information and has intelligence cooperation from countries that have interests against America in this region specifically, and they may be 3 specific countries.
5- In the coming days, it will be difficult for the ships of Israel and its allies, specifically Britain and America, to cross the Bab al-Mandab Strait and the Red Sea. This increases the distance to reach the Gulf of Aqaba or the Mediterranean Sea. Because he will have to take the old Cape of Good Hope route. This increases not only the distance but also the cost due to additional fuel consumption and a greater chance of exposure to risks, which consequently increases the cost of insurance.
6- Perhaps oil prices will increase based on this threat to increase the risks of expanding war fronts. Instead of Gaza and the northern border of the Zionist entity with Hezbollah in Lebanon, to South Yemen. This was not taken into account, and the duration of the war was prolonged. This is exhausting for the American taxpayer, as well as for the crippled Israeli economy, which has suffered $260 million in losses every day since last October 7, according to American economic reports.
7- Weakening the Israeli side in its negotiations with the Palestinian side, which has become stronger according to this new equation. Which, sooner or later, will lead to America’s dismay and pressure on Israel to accept Palestinian conditions in the future. The negotiations are currently only regarding civilian prisoners from both sides, women and children only.
