Riyadh – The sixth night of the international auction platform for falcon production farms, which is being held by the Saudi Falcon Club at its headquarters in Mulham, north of Riyadh, witnessed the sale of the most expensive Saudi-made free falcon in the Middle East for half a million riyals, breaking the previously recorded record of 270,000 riyals.
The sales of the auction platform exceeded the barrier of one and a half million riyals, as today witnessed the sale of two Saudi falcons for an amount of 570 thousand riyals, bringing the total sales to one million and 454 thousand riyals.
The beginning was with the first falcon, a free chick for the Nader Center for Falcons, and bidding on it began with fifty thousand riyals before it was sold for half a million riyals.
After that, the second falcon, which is also a free chick from the “Al-Dahas Falcon” farm, was shown and sold for 70,000 riyals.
The Saudi Falcons Club presents the elite falcons on the auction platform, and the competition for them takes place amid a live broadcast via the TV channels broadcasting the event and the club’s accounts on social media platforms, while the club announces the falcons offered before holding each auction night.
The international auction of falcon production farms receives its visitors daily until August 25, starting from four in the evening until eleven in the evening.
It is noteworthy that the international auction of falcon production farms represents a guaranteed and safe market for falconers and falcon producers, and contributes to achieving the vision of the Saudi Falcon Club represented in leadership in the field of development and innovation in the hobby, breeding, production and care of falcons.
It is also a cultural and economic support, and a platform to promote environmental awareness.
