No doubt that the “National Journalist’s Day” is an annual occasion Iranian Reporters wait to celebrate and evaluate their successful works as harvests of the year.
One of the most important things is hiw to serve and perform your tasks in the outlet of the National Security of the nation, esp. about for four decades since the blessed Iranian revolution bagan for the welfare of all Iranians however their religion or attitudes.
In this occasion, I offer my great congratulations to every colleague whether a TV reporter, journalist, or radio reporter hoping to all bright success for the good of the Islamic Iranian Republic.
Actually, I am so pleased as Iran’s Vice President Mohammad Mokhber has paid a visit to the headquarters of Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on the eve of Iran’s National Journalist’s Day.
In the visit held on Monday, Mokhber was accompanied by Iran’s Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili and IRNA’s Managing Director Ali Naderi.
The Iranian VP toured IRNA’s editorial offices and expressed gratitude to the staff of news agency.
He had friendly conversations with some IRNA reporters and congratulated them on the occasion of the Journalist’s Day which will be commemorated on August 8.
The Journalist’s Day marks the anniversary of the martyrdom of Mahmoud Saremi, who was a reporter and caretaker of IRNA’s office in Mazar-i-Sharif when he was martyred in 1998.
The IRNA is the oldest news agency in Iran,. It was established on 13 November 1934 and is considered the largest news agency in the country in terms of news coverage and the number of offices throughout Iran and around the world.
