Dr. Nabil Helmy, professor of international law and human rights, former dean of the Faculty of Law, was chosen from the top 100 influential figures in the Arab world, and he will be honored in mid-August by the International Creativity Pyramid Festival in its eighth edition, which presents an annual list of the most influential figures in the Arab world.
