Mr President Ilham Aliyev participates today in the inauguration ceremony of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as another presidential term flashes at the Cengaya Presidential Palace in the capital, Ankara, with the participation of 78 world leaders, including presidents of 21 countries, 13 prime ministers, 12 speakers of parliament, as well as representatives of 8 international organizations.
