The Suez Canal Authority (SCA) celebrates its “Excellence Day” on the occasion of refloating the Panamanian containership “EVER GIVEN” and presents masters of vessels transiting through the Suez Canal today with commemorative postage stamps.
When asked about their feedback, masters expressed their appreciation of the invaluable role of the Suez Canal in global trade. They also expressed their amazement at the success of the SCA in refloating the vessel in a remarkable period of only six days which reflects its preparedness to act in emergencies and unwavering determination to maintain world trade flows through the Suez Canal.
