During the meeting, they reviewed the projects that Almarai Company wishes to launch in Egypt during the coming period, and to increase its investments.
In a speech during the meeting, Dr. Madbouly affirmed the Egyptian government’s readiness to support Almarai’s expansion plans in the Egyptian market during the next stage, praising the Saudi company’s effort and contribution to the Egyptian economy in general, and to the food industry sector in particular.
For his part, Prince Nayef bin Sultan said: Almarai Company has great opportunities in the Egyptian market as it is the gateway to the African continent, expressing his hope to pump more investments in Egypt.
His Highness affirmed that Almarai Company relies a lot on expanding its exports from Egypt to neighboring countries, stressing that this expansion comes within the company’s plans to operate in Egypt.
For his part, the ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said, in his speech, that this meeting reflects the interest of the two brotherly countries to support the joint investment file for the private sector in Egypt.
