Unfortunately, what we witnessed recently of a devastating earthquake in Syria and Turkey makes us reconsider the construction and real estate industry, especially in our Arab region.
Good urban planning suitable for the environment and taking into account all safety standards, including resistance to natural disasters such as earthquakes, has become something very necessary because it guarantees the safety of the population.
As we have seen that in Turkey specifically, the buildings that took certificates of resistance against earthquakes and were built on this basis conscientiously and taking into account all standards, did not have any effect.
Considering the history of urban planning for cities, new schools of architecture, the shape that future cities should take, and the volume of investment in the field of real estate – the “Ayn Ala Alsharck” has an interview with dr Hakim Al-Afifi highlighting the development of urban planning internationally Eye on the East) project was pleased to host Dr. M.
