This week, Ambassador Christian Berger began a three-day visit to the New Valley Governorate. Berger is scheduled to meet with New Valley Governor General Mohamed Al Zamaloot and New Valley University President Dr. Abdel Aziz Tantawy, as well as visit EU-funded projects, implementing partners and beneficiaries. These projects are dedicated to youth & women empowerment. Stopovers at cultural and historical heritage sites in Dakhla, Kharga, and Baris are also included in the itinerary.
