Hajj Expo 2023 discusses transforming system of serving pilgrims

During his participation in the “Hajj Expo 2023” in a session entitled “Participatory Model for the Transformation of the Service of the Guests of Rahman” program, Eng. Muhammad Abu al-Khair Ismail, CEO of the Guests of Rahman Service Program, explained the role of the pilgrims’ service sector in enriching the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers, and that the sector represents the culture and responsibility of all Citizens and residents of society, with the unlimited support of the wise leadership.
He praised the Makkah Road initiative, appreciating the cooperation between the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Tourism Authority, which resulted in the launch of the Nusk platform, “which is an integrated system of services in one place,” pointing to the concerted efforts between the Historic Sites Committee and more than 10 other parties to develop historical sites and prepare them for the visit of the pilgrims. .
And he indicated that the pilgrims service program is working on launching 60 initiatives in cooperation with 80 entities, pointing to the need to understand the characteristics and desires of the pilgrims and identify their real needs to better serve them.
He touched on facilitating travel procedures, diversifying transportation options between the feelings provided, and advancing the services provided, explaining that the stage of performing the rituals includes the axes of health and security, and the Two Holy Mosques; Where the program works to ensure the security and health of the guests of Rahman, and facilitate their performance of rituals and worship in the Two Holy Mosques, adding that the program focuses in the “experience enrichment stage” on hosting the guests of Rahman, and enabling them to discover the Kingdom by preparing historical and cultural sites, and providing the best services in these sites. To make it easier for the guests of Rahman to visit it,” referring to the role of the private sector and the third sector in the system in developing services.
