Saudi Arabia witnesses a remarkable tourism activity as WINTER has recreational and heritage options
Riyadh – These days, many cities and regions of Saudi Arabia are witnessing remarkable tourism activity, which coincides with the winter season in which the Kingdom is characterized by a great climatic and natural diversity, providing an incomparable atmosphere of pleasure for tourists and visitors from inside and outside the Kingdom, in addition to many tourist, recreational and cultural events and seasons. Which made the Kingdom one of the most important destinations and options on the tourism map in the region and the world.
The Saudi winter varies between many experiences and options, from the Riyadh season with its global entertainment atmosphere, which is the largest in the Middle East and the Arab world, to the moments of Al-Ula where adventure, discovery and enjoyment of nature and history in the vastness of the land of civilizations, to the Hail season with its various sports tournaments, activities and various entertainment events. The Ministry of Culture, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism, is also holding more than 20 qualitative activities in a number of historical and heritage sites in Al-Ahsa, Jeddah and Riyadh until December 31, as the Saudi Tourism Authority leads efforts to promote these events within the “Saudi Winter”, in cooperation with the sector private inside and outside the Kingdom; To provide various cultural programmes, packages and shows to encourage and attract visitors and tourists from home and abroad to discover the targeted historical sites and enjoy the events held there.
These events, seasons, activities, and others in the cities and regions of the Kingdom, and in a number of tourist and historical destinations, contribute to introducing the world to the great tourist and climatic diversity that Saudi Arabia abounds in, and the human heritage and rich cultural treasures it also embraces, through the activation of 8 historical and heritage sites, As a front to explore the unique Saudi national heritage, as well as to find economic and investment tributaries to support the local community and generate job opportunities, with the active participation of the private sector.

And the events and seasons that the Kingdom witnesses throughout the year, and it is updated continuously, to facilitate the task of tourists and visitors in planning their trips and choosing the best events, seasons and activities that suit all tastes.
