allAfrica.com – Harare — As of June 24, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 12,017,969 while 315,450,594 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
Reported deaths in Africa reached 254,883 and 9,975,533 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,991,003 and 101,717 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,199,226 ), Tunisia ( 1,046,703 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 502,110 ), Ethiopia ( 486,831 ), and Kenya ( 331,539 ).
