An official source in the Saudi Ministry of Interior stated that it was decided to lift the precautionary and preventive measures related to combating the Corona pandemic, according to the following:
First: Not requiring the muzzle to be worn in closed places, with the exception of the Grand Mosque, the Prophet’s Mosque, and the places for which protocols are issued by the Public Health Authority “Prevention”, or the facilities, activities, events, events, and means of public transportation that wish to apply higher levels of continuity of protection during Requiring the wearing of a mask to enter it, while continuing to raise awareness and urge its use.
Second: Immunization and health verification are not required in the (Tawakulna) application to enter facilities, activities, events and activities, board planes and public transportation, except for those whose nature requires immunization, or continuing to verify health status according to the general health requirements. “Prevention” or facilities, activities, occasions, events and means of transportation that wish to implement higher levels of protection by continuing to require immunization or to verify the health status of entry to them.
Third: The duration of the requirement to take the (third) booster dose of the (Covid-19) vaccine to leave the citizens outside the Kingdom is (eight) months instead of (three) months from receiving the second dose, with the exception of the age groups specified or excluded by the Ministry of Health. Their health condition does not appear in the “Tawakkalna” application.
The source stressed the importance of continuing to complete the implementation of the national plan for immunization, which includes taking the approved booster doses of the vaccine.
