Lately, EU DOUBLED investments with Sultanate of Oman three times

The EU (European Union) stressed that the past few years have seen foreign direct investment from EU countries doubled to Oman at a rate of three times.
They revealed in a new statement, their intention to appoint a European Union mission in Oman next year, to strengthen the relations between the two sides. They pointed out that the European Omani partnership is growing steadily, adding that bilateral relations have witnessed great successes over the past years.
They explained that the successes of these joint naval exercises, and initialed a comprehensive air transport agreement between the European Union and the Sultanate of Oman, conducting diplomatic training on European Union Affairs of the Gulf Cooperation Council, including Omanis.
EU pointed out that there is an exchange of views on issues of common concern, such as maritime security or the situation in Yemen, as well as the initiation of negotiations to reach an agreement on the mutual exemption of visas. They stated that these things provide a solid foundation that can be built upon to enhance the relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the European Union.
