The Greatest Imam, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, received today, at the headquarters of the Al-Azhar sheikhdom in Cairo, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Egypt, Osama bin Ahmed Noqli. The meeting dealt with topics and issues of common interest.

For his part, Ambassador Osama Noqli expressed his appreciation for the eminence of the Sheikh of Al-Azhar and his efforts in serving the nation’s issues within the framework of the religious and cultural role of the sheikhdom, stressing the depth of Saudi-Egyptian relations and their special nature, and the close cooperation between the two countries in supporting moderation and serving the nation’s issues and serving its solidarity and stability. .
