Hikmet Hajiyev, the assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration.

Mr Hajiyev said, “It is almost like weapon of mass destruction. Since Nov 2020 more than 200 Azeebaijanis fall victim of mines.”
