Cairo Governorate: Blocking Tahya Misr Bridge for two hours from midnight on Thursday 23 till two o’clock December 24

In coordination with the General Administration of Cairo Traffic, Cairo Governorate announces that due to the periodic maintenance work of the Tahya Misr Al-Muljim Bridge on the Rod Al-Farag axis, which includes changing the bridge joints, it has been decided to close the direction coming from the Corniche and Shubra areas to the Ring Road and the direction coming from the Ring Road to the Corniche and Shubra areas, a complete closure for a period two hours from midnight on Thursday, December 23, 2021 until two o’clock in the morning on Friday, December 24.

It was also decided to close the direction coming from the Corniche and Shubra areas to the Ring Road with the implementation of a traffic diversion to transfer traffic to the other direction, starting from two in the morning on Friday, December 24 until eight in the morning of the same day, and closing the direction coming from the Ring Road to the Corniche and Shubra areas with implementation A traffic diversion to transfer traffic to the other direction from eight in the morning on Friday, December 24 until two in the afternoon of the same day.
