The President of Saudi Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Sheikh Dr. Khaled bin Muhammad Al-Youssef, visited today the Egyptian State Council (ESC), where he was received by the Egyptian President of the State Council, Counselor Mohamed Mahmoud Hossam El-Din.
Hosam El-Din stressed the impact of the visit in supporting expertise and developing the administrative judiciary system and its human resources in both countries.
For his part, Al-Youssef praised the development in the administrative judiciary in the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, stressing that the visit is an extension of the distinguished fraternal relations that link the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt in various fields and at all levels.
“The importance of the visit lies in the cooperation and exchange of experiences and judicial developments regarding the nature of the administrative judiciary’s competencies and its work and the extent to which digital programs and platforms are utilized, in addition to benefiting from judicial research projects and exchanging experiences in human resources training and development programmes.”, added Al-Youssef.
The Chairman of the Board of Grievances and his accompanying delegation reviewed what the Board of Grievances has achieved in the Kingdom of progress and qualitative development, and what the Board of Grievances has been able to achieve under the unlimited support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince – may God preserve them – to transfer its services that It provides it to beneficiaries to facilitated digital services through its digital platforms, foremost of which is the digital Muin platform, including holding judicial sessions digitally.
His Excellency the President of the Bureau was briefed on the mechanisms and methods of work in the Council and its courts, as this visit comes out of the Bureau’s keenness to benefit from the work experiences and legislation and regulations of the administrative judiciary in friendly countries, in addition to conveying the successes that have been achieved to our dear country in the administrative judiciary sector and presenting them in such visits. mutual.
On the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by Osama bin Ahmed bin Noqli, the ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Arab Republic of Egypt, and a high-level judicial delegation from the Board of Grievances.
