Ambassador of S. Korea discusses with Governor of Egyptian Central Bank expanding economic cooperation

Despite the Covid pandemic situation, Ambassador Hong noted that Korean and Egyptian economy are showing relatively positive indicators thanks to vigorous efforts of two governments and the resilience of the people.

The ambassador and the Governor discussed ways to strengthen ongoing cooperation between two countries on automobile, electronics, railways, textiles and etc. Furthermore, they shared the view that Egypt is a promising market with goepolitical and goecomonic importance and discussed how to make Korean companies be more familiar with Egyptian markets so that they can make use of Egypt as a regional hub of their business.
