A little while ago, the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan for Political Affairs, Mr. Hakmet Hajiyev, announced that Armenia’s war against civilians, especially against children, is continuing.
As a result, the enemy forces carried out a reckless missile attack from Smerch on the Azerbaijani city of Tartar, killing 16-year-old Ismail Zadeh Orkhan in their garden. Orkhan used to collect persimmon because it is the peak season.
