Egyptain bourse gains LE 3.6 bln, all indexes up

The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes achieved collective gains on Sunday 17/5/2020 buoyed by selective purchases of individuals and local investment funds, against sales from foreign and Arab investors.
The market capital gained EGP 3.6 billion to hit EGP 548.4 billion at closing, after transactions that hit EGP 3.6 billion.
The EGX 30 benchmark index jumped 0.68 percent, registering 10,357.445 points.
The broader EGX 70 EWI index of the leading small and mid-cap enterprises (SMEs) increased 1.22 percent, recording 1,125.7 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index was up 0.95 %, hitting 1,836.45 points.
