On the authority of Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman, Deputy Prime Minister for Relations and International Cooperation and Special Representative of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, Asaad bin Tareq Al Said arrived here Saturday evening to Sharm El-Sheikh to head the Sultanate’s delegation to the first Arab-Europ Sharm on 24 and 25 of this month.
The Omani delegation was highly welcomed on arrival at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport by Hisham Tawfiq, Minister of Business Sector, Ambassador Ali Bin Ahmed Al-Issai, Sultanate’s Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States and a number of members of the Sultanate’s embassy in Egypt.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Relations and International Cooperation is accompanied by an official delegation comprising: Mr. Bader Bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al Futtaisi, Minister of Transport and Communications, Dr. Fuad Bin Jaafar Al Sagwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Ahmed Al-Issaie, the Sultanate’s ambassador to Egypt and its permanent representative to the League of Arab States, rather than a number of officials.
