Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman, issued seven royal decrees as follows:
* Resistant!
The first decree approved the accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Convention on the Control of Seismic Resistant Systems of Impurities and Harmful Effects of 2001.
* Lithuania!
The second decree ratified an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on economic cooperation.
* Sri Lanka!
The third decree approved an agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Socialist Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka to avoid double taxation and prevent financial evasion for income taxes.
* Romania!
The fourth was the ratification of an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Romania on the mutual exemption of visa holders of diplomatic and private passport and service.
* Oman Eni BV!
The fifth Royal Decree also granted the authorization of the concession of Oman Eni BV. For part of its rights and obligations in the Petroleum Agreement signed on 14 November 2017 for the area of No. 52 to the International Petroleum Exploration and Production Company.
* Licenses!
The sixth decree issued a license for the first class of the Omani Broadband Company (SAOC) to establish, operate and maintain broadband infrastructure and provide broadband services.
* Ambassador Extraordinary!
The seventh decree was about thee Sultanate’s ambassador to the Republic of Senegal, Ambassador Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Sulaiman al-Amiri, was appointed as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Republic of the Gambia, the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, the Republic of Guinea and the Cape Verdean Republic of Cape Verde.
