President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued decree No. 224/2018 on approving a loan agreement between the Egyptian government and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED). The loan, worth KD 60 million, will be used to establish the Tunnel-Sharm el Sheikh Road.
The agreement was inked in Cairo on March 13, 2018 and was published in the gazette out Thursday.
